Job summary

West Village Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team in Greenville, SC. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

We offer competitive pay ($26-$30/hour with up to $3/hour shift differential), 8- or 12-hour shifts, medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO and 401(k) with company match, next-day pay, and generous

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and team.
• Respond to needs, concerns and emergencies.
• Promote dignity, comfort and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
