Job summary

Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day and weekend shifts. Provide direct nursing care, administer meds, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to maintain safe, compassionate treatment in a 12-hour shift model.

Active SC LPN license, CPR, and ongoing CEUs are required; PCC experience preferred. GPA offers competitive pay, $5k sign-on, benefits, 401(k), and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
