Job summary

Touchmark at Harwood Groves in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our memory care team. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday work with rotating weekends and holidays, focusing on delivering dignified, high-quality resident care and collaborating with nurses to design personalized care plans.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license, pursue CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and demonstrate a sincere passion for elderly care in a geriatric

Qualifications

• Possess a current LPN license.
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Enjoy being part of a team and work with nurses to design and implement care plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and remain composed with residents, families, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Work closely with a team of nurses to coordinate resident care.
• Oversee the care staff and assist in educated care decisions.
