Touchmark on West Century is a leading full-service retirement community in Bismarck, offering five-star hospitality and comprehensive services. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enrich residents' lives by delivering dignified care in Memory Care and across our community.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LPN license, have or obtain CPR/AED/First Aid, and demonstrate genuine interest in elderly care.

Qualifications

• Possess a current LPN license.
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Enjoy being part of a team and design/implement care plans with nurses.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care plans for each resident in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Oversee care staff and support educated care decisions on the floor.
• Work closely with a team of nurses to coordinate resident care.
• Provide consistent, compassionate presence for residents and families.

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

As an LPN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Memory Care communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. Ideal Candidate

• Possess a current LPN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
