Job summary

Touchmark at Harwood Groves in Fargo seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in our Memory Care Communities. You will work Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays, collaborating with a team of nurses to implement individualized care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Possess a current RN license.
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment.
• Enjoy being part of a team, working with a nurses team to design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents in memory care receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses to design and implement individualized care plans.
• Oversee care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
• Maintain patient and family trust with tactful communication and discretion.
