Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services team. You will deliver direct nursing care within your scope and help maintain high-quality, resident-centered care for seniors.

You’ll administer medications, observe residents, document care, and collaborate with RNs and leadership to support individualized care plans across Assisted Living and Memory Care, while modeling Touchmark’s values every day.

Qualifications

• LPN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current state licensure.
• 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Observe, assess, and document resident conditions and care.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
