Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to enrich residents’ lives by delivering dignified, compassionate care in a Memory Care environment.

You will work with a team of nurses to design and implement personalized care plans, monitor residents, and support staff on the floors while upholding Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required or preferred.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric setting.
• Ability to work as part of a nursing team to design and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Oversee care staff and support informed clinical decisions on the floor.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Support the care team on the floors and participate in ongoing learning.

• Possess a current RN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
