Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a Full-Time LPN in Montana to provide high-quality, compassionate care for residents. The role includes designing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with a team of nurses and clinicians to ensure dignity and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have an active Montana Nursing license, 3–5 years of geriatric care experience, and a commitment to patient satisfaction. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with Sunday through Thursday shifts from 7:00am to 5:00pm and

Full- Time LPN

$7500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS

Shift: Sunday through Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm with an On-Call Rotation

(Schedule Subject to Change based on Community Need - Some Holidays may be Required)

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Montana
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
