Job summary

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Idaho offers a full-time RN role with Sunday–Thursday day shifts, no overnights. You will provide compassionate resident care, develop and implement care plans, and work with a dedicated team to maintain dignity and comfort for residents.

Qualified candidates hold an Idaho nursing license, prefer 3–5 years in geriatric care, and are committed to safety, confidentiality, and ongoing learning in a geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho nursing license required with active practice.
• 3–5 years of geriatric care experience preferred.
• Ability to design and implement individualized care plans.

We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Nurse.

As a Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the opportunity every day to distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!

This position is a full-time Sunday through Thursday day shift, with no overnights or after-hours on-call. However, you must be available and willing to work one weekend shift and holidays as scheduled.

Pay Is Dependent On Experience.

• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Idaho
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.

• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
