Job summary

Pleasantlake is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations and supervise nursing assistants in a long‑term care setting. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical knowledge, and effective communication to coordinate patient care plans and participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities are required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants and supervise nursing activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and review nursing service procedures and discharge plans.
• Coordinate staffing, shifts, and patient care programs.
• Prepare and submit routine reports to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and medication administration records.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care in the facility.
