Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. The role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local standards as required by the Director of Nursing, maintaining the highest quality of care across shifts.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, coordinating shift activities, admitting/transferring residents, administering medications, and upholding privacy and confidentiality of resident information.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the appropriate state.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
• CPR certification is required.
• Long-Term Care experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Plan shift services and activities with staff, and report on shift activities.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required; supervise nursing staff.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and ensure privacy.
