Job summary

Lakeland Hills is seeking an LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care and oversee nursing assistants in a long-term care setting. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and support the Director of Nursing Services.

You will manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, review policies, train staff, and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Strong supervisory and administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related plans.
• Coordinate care planning and supervise staff performance.
• Ensure accurate charting, reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
