Zusammenfassung

University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Medication Dispensing Nurse, LPN I for ARTS Adult Outpatient Program clinics in Aurora, Arvada, Denver and Sheridan. The nurse will dispense medications for MAT, assess patients, draw blood, and maintain accurate health records.

Hours run 5:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Saturday, up to 40 hours weekly, with occasional off-site medication deliveries in the Metro Denver area. Requires LPN or RN license and DOT compliance. Training provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid LPN or RN license (Colorado) required.
• Experience with medication-assisted treatment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer methadone, Suboxone, naltrexone and related meds.
• Transport narcotics per DEA/state rules using secure methods.
• Monitor patient vital signs and health condition.
• Draw blood, obtain test results and administer TB tests.
• Assess adverse reactions and report to team lead.
• Follow infection control policies and ARTS procedures.
