Job summary

Complete Care in Delaware is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care roles with weekend day shift options and premium pay features. This position emphasizes hands-on nursing, patient-centered care, and collaboration with a care team.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health, assist in care planning, and document all care and progress while supporting families and residents through education and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in Delaware as an LPN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Wound care: prevention, dressings, pain management.
• Monitor health status and track changes.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Educate family and residents about health changes.
• Document health status, care provided and progress.
• Oversee and delegate CNA work to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
