Job summary

Complete Care at Severna Park is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care for residents recently discharged from hospital or needing long-term care. You will administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to support individualized care plans.

We offer impressive wages including a $2.00/hr shift differential for 3-11pm, weekend differential, referral bonuses, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• Proven clinical leadership and team collaboration.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
