Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for FT 2nd shift and a $3,750 sign-on bonus for PT any shift.

We provide skilled nursing care to residents recently discharged from hospital, requiring therapy or long-term care while offering perks like daily pay options and extensive benefits including medical, dental and 401K.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in Delaware as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: Observe health status and track changes.
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, collect specimens.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status and care expectations.
• Documentation: Keep detailed health status and care records.
• Team Oversight: Oversee CNA's and ensure quality care.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:
