Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a part-time LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for 2nd shift to care for residents recently discharged or needing long-term care.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure quality care. You will guide care planning, educate families and residents, document health changes, and oversee nursing staff to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within this state as a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
