Complete Care is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to residents recently discharged from hospital or in long‑term care. You will administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team to execute individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Wound care and prevention; manage pain and dressings.
• Monitor health status; observe and analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Educate families and residents about health changes.
• Maintain detailed health and care documentation.
• Oversee CNA activities to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
