Complete Care at Glendale is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to support residents in direct care roles. You will administer medications, monitor health status, perform wound care, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and family members to deliver individualized, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state where you work.
• Pass background, drug screen, references, and physical.
• Professional with strong clinical skills and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
