Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care of residents recently discharged from hospital or in long-term care. This role offers PRN opportunities with experience, daily pay options, and a benefits package for eligible staff.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• LPN license valid for practice in the state.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Professional clinical skills with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and dressings; manage pain and prevention.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
