Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care with full-time, part-time, or PRN options.

We provide skilled nursing for recently discharged hospital patients and long-term residents in a supportive setting. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, participate in care planning, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document care, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work as an LPN in the state.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references, plus physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
