Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care. We offer full and part-time options with a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and shift differentials of $2/hr on 2nd/3rd shifts and $3/hr on weekends.

Join our team to provide skilled nursing care to patients recently discharged or in long-term care, with opportunities for daily pay and comprehensive benefits. PRN with experience is also accepted.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound care: perform wound care/prevention and manage pain.
• Monitoring: observe health status and track changes.
• Clinical procedures: catheter care and sample collection.
• Care planning: assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: coordinate care with physicians and therapists.
• Family education: explain health status and expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health records.
• Team oversight: oversee CNAs and ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
