Vancrest of Urbana, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hillside facility in a full-time role. Coverage is required every other weekend (Sat & Sun), with a 12-hour shift option available from 7:00 to 19:00.

Wages are dependant on experience and determined at interview. The LPN will implement resident care plans, administer treatments, assist with assessments, and supervise nursing assistants as needed.

• Nursing license required.

Responsabilidades

• Implementing a resident plan of care.
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
• Consulting with and validating data
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development

We require every other weekend (Sat & Sun) coverage.
