Job summary

Hillside is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The role focuses on implementing resident care plans, administering treatments, and supporting assessments to improve residents' health and comfort.

Wages range from $30-$34 per hour depending on experience, with a 12-hour shift option available. An RN/LPN license is required, and you will collaborate with nursing assistants and other staff to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a resident plan of care.
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegating components of the care plan to nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
• Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care.
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.
