Job summary

Hillview Senior Living & Rehabilitation in Vienna, IL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our full-time day shift nursing team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs, therapy staff, and physicians to support resident-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapy, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused environment.

Compensation & Incentives

• Registered Nurse (RN) $32.00 – $34.00/hour
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $28.00 – $30.00/hour

Additional Incentives

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid out over one year
