Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support therapy services in a skilled nursing facility.

The candidate should be licensed in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and be passionate about geriatric care with a focus on functional activities to improve residents’ experience.

Qualifications

• License in the state of practice
• SNF experience preferred but not required

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
