Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Berry Hill, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dedicated team in a skilled nursing facility. The candidate will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for geriatric residents.

Candidates must hold an active PTA license in the state, be able to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision, and have a passion for geriatric care.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
