Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Franklin, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility.

The PTA will support therapy designed to improve mobility and reduce pain, with independence in evaluation and treatment under minimal supervision, and a passion for resident well-being. A valid state PTA license is required; SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Must hold a state PTA license.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Geriatric rehabilitation passion and commitment.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
