Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team. You will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness for residents in a skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate holds a state PTA license, can work independently, and shares a passion for senior care. SNF experience is preferred; we offer insurance, fringe benefits, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state PTA license.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.

Responsibilities

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
