Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Smyrna, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in TN, passionate about geriatric care, and able to evaluate and treat residents independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent disability, and promote wellness.

Competenze

• Current license to practice as PTA in Tennessee.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
