Job summary
Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility. The candidate must hold an active PTA license for the state and be able to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include assisting with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness.

- SNF experience preferred but not required.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
