Job summary
Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will possess a TN PTA license and can evaluate and treat residents independently, with a focus on geriatric care and functional improvement.
The position involves assisting therapists to design therapies that improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness within a compassionate, facility-based setting.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
