Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Direct Care team. This role focuses on administering medications, wound care, monitoring residents, and coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work as an LPN in this state.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Wound care and prevention, pain management, dressing changes.
• Monitor health status and track data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health status and care documentation.
• Oversee CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
