Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse in Connecticut to provide direct resident care in a PRN capacity. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health changes, document outcomes and collaborate with a care team to support personalized plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status, track changes
• Clinical Procedure: Catheter/ostomy care, specimen collection
• Care Planning: Execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status and care expectations
• Documentation: Maintain detailed health records of status, care, progress
• Team Oversight: Oversee and delegate CNA tasks to ensure quality care

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:
