Complete Care is seeking a licensed LPN for direct care with part-time 2nd and 3rd shift options, including weekend opportunities. The role involves administering medications, wound care, monitoring residents, and collaborating with a care team to meet individualized needs.

You will contribute to care planning, education for families and residents, and thorough documentation while supporting a positive work-life balance and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an LPN in the state.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
