Complete Care is seeking an LPN to provide direct care in a skilled nursing setting, administering medications, wound care, monitoring residents, and supporting care planning with the health team.

This part-time 2nd shift opportunity offers weekend differential pay, potential PRN options, daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and a commitment to a safe, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license to work in this state.
• Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.

• Wound care and skin care, pain management and dressings.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
