Job summary

Complete Care Management seeks an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Maryland. This direct-care role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with a generous sign-on bonus and premium pay rates.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to residents. We support professional growth with tuition reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package, plus flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license in good standing.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Perform wound care, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitor health status and analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health records and care progress.
• Oversee CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.

• $5,000 FT & $2,500 PT Sign On Bonus
• Premium Pay Rates!
• Baylor Program: Work 32hrs 3pm-7am (2-16hr shifts, every weekend Saturday/Sunday) GET PAID for 40HRS + Benefits!
• Full & Part Time Options Available
• PRN Accepted with Experience

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
