Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct care for residents in Maryland. The role involves administering medications, wound care, monitoring health, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting.

We offer full and part-time options, a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, daily pay option, and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and 401K. PRN accepted with experience.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injections.
• Wound care and pain management.
• Monitor health status and data changes.
• Catheter/ostomy care and specimen collection.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health records and progress notes.
• Oversee and delegate CNA responsibilities to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
