Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland to provide skilled nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care. Full- and part-time options exist, with generous sign-on bonuses and daily pay options.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with a care team to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professional & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork

• $6,000 FT Sign On Bonus
• $3,250 PT Sign On Bonus
• Shift Differential & Weekend Differential Rates
