Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, and injectable.
• Perform wound care and prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Observe physical and mental health status, track changes & analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and gather specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Educate family and residents on health status and expectations for care.
• Keep detailed records of health status and care interactions.
• Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care and teamwork.

• Baylor Program: Work 32hrs 3pm-7am (2-16hr shifts, every weekend Saturday/Sunday) GET PAID for 40HRS + Benefits!

• PRN Accepted with Experience
