Complete Care Management is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our direct care team in Towson, Maryland. We offer full and part-time options across all shifts with shift differentials to recognize your dedication.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor residents’ health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to ensure safe, person-centered care. PRN options available with experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
• Demonstrated clinical skills and ability to provide direct care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
