Job summary

Complete Care Management in Maryland is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (Direct Care). Full- and part-time options are available; weekend shifts include a $5/hr differential and daily pay is offered.

You will administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable), provide wound care, monitor health status, perform catheter/ostomy care, assist in care planning, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate residents and families, document progress, and supervise CNAs to ensure

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• Pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Wound care and prevention; manage pain and dressings.
• Monitor residents' health status and analyze changes.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
