Job summary

The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team in a skilled nursing facility.

You will assist the PT with mobility-focused therapies, evaluate and treat independently, and contribute to residents' comfort and wellbeing. SNF experience is preferred but not required; Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits. Must have a valid state license and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

Must possess a license in the state of practice.
Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
Experience with geriatric population preferred.
