Complete Care - MidAtlantic is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Baltimore, Maryland. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents' health status. Candidates must be licensed in Maryland and possess strong clinical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Provide wound and skin care along with managing pain.
• Monitor physical and mental health status.
• Execute individualized care planning.
• Educate families and residents on health status.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to CNA's ensuring quality care.

What You’ll Do for Our Residents

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status—track changes and analyze data.
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork.
