What You’ll Do for Our Residents

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status, track changes & analyze data.
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNAs ensuring quality care & teamwork.
