Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Daphne, AL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home. This PRN role covers adult patients, with day and night shifts, and hourly pay of $40–$45.

Applicants must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state, have current TB or Chest X‑ray and BLS, with 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Maxim offers competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Skills: Adult, G-Tube, Medication Administration. Possibility of Trach/Vent skill needed in the future.

Shifts: PRN Days & Nights - 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
