Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is hiring an LPN to care for an adult patient in Gulf Breeze, FL at the patient’s home. The role emphasizes nursing care, medication administration, and plan-of-care implementation.

The position includes Fri/Sat/Mon 7a-7p shifts and every other Sun 7a-7p; FT Nights start in October. The team offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Skills needed: Adult, G-Tube, Medication Administration, Total Care, Bowel & Bladder regimen.

Shifts: Every Fri/Sat/Mon & every other Sun 7a-7p.

FT Nights will be needed Sun-Tues 7p-7a beginning in October
