Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is seeking an LPN for a full-time day shift (6:00 am–6:30 pm) to provide high-quality nursing care per federal, state and local standards.

The role includes every-other-weekend and holiday rotation, 72 hours per pay period, and a $2 weekend shift differential. We offer a competitive hourly pay range, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active ND LPN license required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Long Term Care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments and monitor for effectiveness
• Assess residents’ needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews
• Document in the residents’ electronic medical record
• Coordinate and participate in resident care conferences and communicate with families
• Ensure staffing levels for scheduled shifts and supervise subordinate staff

Skills

Active ND LPN license

Long Term Care experience (preferred)

Nursing assessment and care planning

Medication administration

Documentation in EMR

Timecard management
