Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time day shifts (6am-6:30pm). The role includes 12-hour shifts with an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

A $2 per hour weekend differential is added to the base wage, with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to high-quality resident care. Ideal candidate must hold an active ND LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire; LTC experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active ND LPN license required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents’ health through physical assessments, observations, and interviews on continuing basis.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents according to established nursing policies and standards.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels for scheduled shifts and supports team members.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the residents’ electronic medical record.
