Eventide Lake Country Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time Day shift, 7a-3p at Lake Country Manor in Devils Lake, ND. 40 hours weekly with every other weekend and holiday rotation. On-site, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, and maintaining documentation in the electronic medical record. Must have active ND LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire.

Formación

• Active ND LPN license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents' needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Provide direct nursing care according to policies and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
